Breathing properly encourages oxygenation of the body.

Proper breathing during exercises helps relax your muscles and avoid tension.

Exhale deeply activate the deep support muscles.

Relaxed and full breathing focus mind and control.

Breathing into the lower portion of lungs.

You have to inhale through the nose.

You have to exhale through the mouth, better yet if you exhale through pursed lips.
